RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

How Our Bikes Are Made

Every Quirk Cycles frame and bicycle is built in small production batches.

When you place an order, you are securing a place in a scheduled build run. Your bike is then built specifically for you - it is not pulled from warehouse stock.

This approach allows us to build deliberately, in limited numbers, with full control over quality and detail.

It also means your order is treated as a made-to-order product.

Changing Your Mind Before Production

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing it.

After this point, your production slot, materials, and workshop time are committed. Once production has been allocated, your order cannot be cancelled.

Full payment secures your place in the batch and enables us to purchase materials and schedule build time accordingly.

We encourage you to contact us with any sizing or specification questions before placing your order - we are always happy to talk things through.

Once You’ve Received Your Bike

Because your frame or bicycle is built specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We are unable to accept returns due to:

Incorrect size selection
Preference changes
Post-delivery reconsideration

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Accessories & Non-Custom Items

Accessories and standard in-stock items may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return:

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item
Return the goods within 14 days of contacting us
Ensure items are unused and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as goods remain your responsibility until received by us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of inspection.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are:

Not of satisfactory quality
Not fit for purpose
Not as described

You have 30 days from delivery to exercise your short-term right to reject.

If your bike arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, including photographs. We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue as appropriate.
